Those ridiculous big city parking rules drive everyone crazy, whether you're a regular citizen or the Mayor (just kidding, the Mayor can do whatever he wants). So when this New Yorker got a parking ticket despite having the permit right on his dashboard, and he wanted to get it sorted out immediately, that meant he went ahead and had it out with this traffic cop while still in his Darth Vader costume. It's the classic frustration of parking by a red curb and getting caught, except this guy has to try and still enjoy hanging out with Stormtroopers in spite of it.
